As of 1/5/22:  It was decided that we would resume the in-person portion of our Meetings for Worship, relying on the attendees to use their own judgment in the safety of attending. We do this while urging caution and sharing that most of the members of the committee are not currently feeling safe to attend in person.  It was felt that the situation has changed since a year ago, despite the high incidence of disease, in large part because of the mitigation that vaccines provide.

The guidelines that have been in place continue:

LJ Boswell will present a two-part virtual workshop "heART-Filled Racial Justice" on two upcoming Saturdays.  November 6 "Exploring Whiteness" and December 11 "Personal Stories".  Friends are welcome to attend one or both workshops.  Please contact Julie Heagney if you are interested in attending.  See the attached flyer for more information.

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, September 26, 9 people, including 4 children, hiked to Eagle Pond in Callahan State Park and spent some time visiting with each other and throwing sticks and pebbles.  We did not see any eagles, but we saw lots of nice dogs.  Later, 11 children and 13 adults, from 8 families gathered on the field at Framingham Meeting for a picnic, games, and socializing.  We welcomed first-timer attender Eliot Hebert!  The "bigs" played makeshift bocce with croquet balls, argued about who was tallest since our last gathering, showed off their guitar skills and their new cla

Watching the changing course of the pandemic and the delta variant, the Covid Committee feels that we need to take a step backwards in our procedures.

 Friends should again remain masked at all times when in the Meetinghouse. This includes during Meeting for Worship. Due to the difficulties of understanding masked speakers in the Meeting Room, Friends can remove their masks when speaking. We will continue to leave windows open in the Meeting Room.
