PYM Quaker Family Meetup

Quaker Family Meetups are an opportunity for PYM Families of infants to teens to join together for fellowship, play, snacks and spiritual refreshment. At the Winter event, we’ll share experiences and support of the parenting journey during the holidays. 

Child care and program for young people will be provided — Attend with or without the kids

• 3:00 Introductions and Games
• 3:30 Worship Sharing for Adults & Program for all-ages Youth
• 4:30  Family Fellowship and Refreshments
• 5:30  So long . . . until the next Meetup! (April 18: Abington Meeting)

The Vision of the Quaker Family Meetups

Provide a welcoming, comfortable space for parents to gather for a relaxed program of fellowship and worship sharing. Kids get to play (with care providers) and get to know other kids, and we all enjoy refreshments! (Grandparents and other family caregivers are welcome, too.) Create the opportunity to connect with other families and support one another in grounding our parenting in the “tools” we have as Friends: queries, space for listening, openness to finding new ways, and Quaker testimonies.
