Notes Are Now Available from the Dec. 17th and Jan. 25th Visioning Sessions

The First Visioning Session on the New Meetinghouse was held on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 6:30-8:30 pm.

The Second Visioning Session, which focused on "Financing and Financial Topics," was held on Sunday, January 25, 2015, after the rise of Meeting for Worship.  Nineteen individuals attended.

We had a number of threshing sessions as our community discerned whether or not to build a Meetinghouse, and all that decision entailed. For a couple of years now much work has been done by small groups on behalf of the meeting. There was a feeling that we again need to be brought back together as a whole to figure out how we are going to use this space, what it is going to look like, etc.

Two Visioning Sessions have been held so far.  The first one was held on December 17, 2014 (soon after we were open during Winter Walk) to respond to that experience and consider what we may have learned.  The next session was scheduled for Sunday, January 25th, 2015, with a proposed focus on prioritizing work and meeting our financial obligations.
