I am a Quaker Artist with current membership at Unity Meeting in Frankford. I currently practices a variety of Spiritual practices daily. Amy and I have been particularly close Spiritual friends/Friends since being involved in the Occupy movement which really bonded our friendship. I look forward to sharing a variety of practices both past and present and hopefully being able to respond to questions.
