This document includes the first testimony brought to (then) London Yearly Meeteing in 1916 by the Committee on War and the Social Order, which had been charged with exploring the causes of the Great War.

It also includes the final document approved by the yearly meeting in 1918 and brought to the first Council of All Friends, held in London in 1920.
