20th Annual Empty Bowl Dinner

United Lutheran Seminry proudly hosts the 20th annual Empty Bowl Dinner to benefit Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network (PIHN). The the help of over 300 volunteers, this fundraising event advances PIHN's mission to find lasting solutions to family homelessness and its underlying causes. Come enjoy family-friendly activities and live entertainment!

For a modest donation, guests receive a free handcrafted bowl, and enjoy an all-you-can-eat feast of fresh soups, breads and desserts. At the end of their meal, each attendee leavs with their empty bowl as a reminder that every night in the city of Philadelphia 1,000 children go without a meal or a place to call home.

Three seatings:

• 4:00 - 5:30pm
• 5:30 - 7:00pm
• 7:00 - 8:30pm
