Password reset instructions

It happens to all of us: we create an account, think of a clever password that only we will know and will never forget, and then time passes and ... we forget it. If that has happened to you with your password for the Chestnut Hill Friends Meeting website, there is a simple procedure that resets it. (You might also consider using a service that manages your passwords; many browsers have such a thing built into them.)

  1. Click this link. You see a screen that resembles the picture (click the picture to see the whole thing), with your email address displayed by default.
  2. You'll need to decipher the "handwritten" characters, which are there to ensure that you're a human being and not a robot trolling to change others' passwords. If you get it wrong, submit and try again with the new set of characters.
  3. Check your email for a message from Quaker Cloud containing your new password.
