2018 Annual Fund Raising Dinner

We’re having our annual Fall Fundraising Dinner on November 10, 2018, at 6:00 PM.

6212 Eagle Ridge Court

Fort Collins, 80525 (near Trilby and Lemay)

PLEASE come with or without a donation.

Suggested Donation $20 (or Pay What You Can or Just Come)

Our theme is “Southern Comfort” to honor and bring comfort to those living is southern communities impacted by hurricanes this year.

Please bring anything you want, or pick from our suggested Southern Comfort Food dishes:

Appetizers:  Cheeses, Vegetable or Fruit Plates, Crackers

Drinks:  Sweet or Unsweetened Iced Tea (Decaf Please) Wine, Beer, or Mint Juleps

Entrees:  Fried Chicken, Vegetarian Chili, Jambalaya, Shrimp Creole, Barbequed Ribs, Pulled Pork

Breads:  Biscuits, Corn Bread or Muffins, Bread and Butter

Sides:  Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Any Salad, Cheesy Grits Okra, Corn, Succotash, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Sweet Potatoes

Desserts:  Peach Cobbler, Pecan Pie, Brownies

Note:  Trader Joe’s has many of these items ready made to bring!
