Since mid-May the New Castle County COVID Community Level has fluctuated between “high" and “medium.” When the level is “high,” Hockessin Friends Meeting will respond by requiring that all persons wear masks and by operating HEPA filters on full power. When the level is “medium” (or “low”), masks will be optional for vaccinated individuals, and HEPA filters will operate on half power. Signs will indicate the NCC community level and the relevant response.
At the conclusion of worship, coffee and limited food items will be available. Social distancing will be encouraged during both worship and social hours. Note about Zoom format: Since early May, participation in Meeting for Worship by Zoom has been by request only. Each week, if you would like to join by Zoom on any Sunday, please send an email request to Friends@HockessinQuakerMeeting.org no later than the previous Saturday morning.
