Project DRAWDOWN:
A Comprehensive Plan to
REVERSE GLOBAL WARMING

 
Pachamama Alliance’s Drawdown Workshop is an opportunity to explore new possibilities around global warming -- to get more educated, inspired, empowered – and, collaborating with others,
to get into action.
 
In this four-session workshop -- through videos, presentations, individual research, and group interaction -- we will delve into the Drawdown solutions to reverse global warming.

Dates: Tuesday evenings, 10/23, 10/30, 11/13 and 12/4 (6:30 – 8:30 pm)

  Please plan to attend all four sessions.

Preparation:  To gain the full benefits of this workshop, we recommend the following:

 

  • Buy (or borrow from your local library) the book, Drawdown, edited by Paul Hawken and/or review the Drawdown website at www.drawdown.org. We will engage with the Drawdown material throughout the workshop.

 

  • When scheduling your participation in this workshop, please set aside time between sessions to research and engage with the material.

In this 2 hour Introduction, we will begin to:

Ø Learn -    about some of the 80 best, currently-existing solutions
                    to climate change.

Ø Reflect - on the solutions that call to us the most.

 

Ø Share -   how, working together, we can move forward
to a sustainable future NOW!

renowned author, entrepreneur & environmental activist,
as he shares his vision about how to reverse global warming.

Project Drawdown identifies currently working solutions and how we can participate in this comprehensive plan.
