Reading for the Resistance

At Moorestown Meeting

Reading for Resistance:

Community Engagement & Activation

Join us on the third Wednsday of each month for "Reading for the Resistance: Community Engagement and Action" as we explore how writers and thinkershave grappled with gender, race, sexuality, and class. We'll lend historical and literary contexts to these issues and develop frameworks to understand them.

We'll also collaborate to determine how we might actively and effectively support these causes. We'll begin with W.E.B. DuBois' "The Souls of Black Folk," on Wednesday, September 20 at 7pm, in the D'Olier Room.
