Meetinghouse Rental Rates

[Rates vary by season to reflect energy costs of heating the facility]

Summer (May - September)

Flat rate rental: $15.00 per hour, minimum $30.00   Rental contracts will be monthly (i.e. month to month), and cancellation of a rental will require 48 hours’ notice to avoid charges. 

Weddings: $150 for a full day (including evening prior for setup)

Winter (October - April)

Flat rate rental: $15.00 per hour, minimum $30.00   Rental contracts will be monthly (i.e. month to month), and cancellation of a rental will require 48 hours’ notice to avoid charges.

A flat rate for groups renting the facility on a regular basis may be implemented based on average participation but will not go below minimum rate. A cleaning deposit of $40 will be required (unless an exemption is granted) and will be returned after the rental should the facility be left in good condition. We ask that rental groups send their deposit before use of the facility. Please send a $40 check made out to Missoula Friends Meeting, to:

Rental groups will be given a keypad code to access the facility using the side door on the southwest corner of the building. Rental payments should be left in the deposit box immediately to the right of this entry door, hanging next to the inside door frame. Envelopes are available there so you can indicate group, date and amount enclosed.
