Attend in person:
- Following the Franklin County guidelines, we encourage a mask-friendly culture, one where attenders may choose to mask at any time. People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask. Friends and attenders who are eligible to be vaccinated but have not been vaccinated wear masks when gathering in person.
- The Meeting Room will be split between on-camera and off-camera sections (labeled)
- Friends in-person will be using a wired microphone to give messages. We will have a microphone near the Zooming computer that will be used to give in-person messages
- At the moment, we do not have singing. The decisions to return to this activity will be made by the community in the future.
- We do offer snacks and hot water for tea after the rise of Meeting for Worship.
- We do offer childcare.

We are...
North Columbus Friends Meeting is a welcoming and inclusive Meeting of people seeking a personal and gathered experience of what has been called by a variety of names, such as God, the Inner Light, Truth, or the Transcendent. While Quakerism has its roots in Christianity, we understand that Truth may be spoken by people with a wide variety of backgrounds. We welcome those voices and invite people to share their inward experience of the Divine, whatever that may be.
We practice expectant waiting for the still, small voice within one another and ourselves. We strive to live in ways that reflect our inner experience of that wisdom. Often this coincides with common Quaker testimonies, such as equality, integrity, peace, community, simplicity, and stewardship of the natural world.
We publicly identify our Meeting as a place of refuge for our neighbors who might feel under threat. As Friends, we are committed to oppose discrimination and oppression in all forms. We strive to be inclusive of all people -- especially those who have historically been marginalized in our society.
We are open to participating in any ecumenical, interfaith and community events that promote unity, connection, dialogue and mutual respect; and oppose hate and division.
We invite you to join us on Sundays for Meeting for Worship at 10:30am to 11:30am. Welcome!

Everything your Friends never told you about how our meeting, committees, and clerks work to reflect our values and move us forward.

Repairs were made this week on the concrete on the side of the house.
It will be usable on Sunday the 16th. The handrail is there still.
