The session will be accessible both in-person and via Zoom. Registering will allow us to best meet the needs of those who attend in person and to provide links to participate via Zoom. We are requesting that one form be completed for each person who is attending.

The in-person meeting will be held at the Madison Friends Meetinghouse, 1704 Roberts Ct., Madison WI. Madison Friends’ Covid policies are dependent upon the level of community transmission. The current level is low, which means that masks are recommended but optional and we can share food in the building. We do plan on providing Saturday lunch for those attending in person.

Registration is now open for NYM Spring Interim Session, March 10 (7-8:30 pm) and March 11 (approx. 8:30 am-4 pm) in Madison and via Zoom: We are asking each potential attendee to complete this form by March 3rd: Interim Session Registration Form. Registration will allow us to plan for feeding in-person attendees (yes, Madison’s current Covid protocols allow food service in the building), ensure that virtual attendees receive Zoom links and related information, and allow us to most efficiently communicate last-minute information. We don’t have a complete agenda yet but anticipate a report on the recent visit by NYM Friends to El Salvador, an update on planning for Annual Session, and a first look at the 2024 budget. A number of other issues are being seasoned. We are also exploring how we might best incorporate the opportunity for attendees to learn about Madison Friends’ renovation, including converting to a largely fossil-fuel-free energy system.
