Prayer Vigil Saturday in Roanoke:   The Roanoke Branch NAACP will partner with the Roanoke Chapter of the SCLC and have a Prayer Vigil on Saturday evening at 6:00 pm at the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Bridge.  This will not last long, 30 minutes max.  Please support and pass this on.  Mask are required.  (quoted from email from Brenda Hale, President, Roanoke Branch NAACP)

After the Covid-19 plague is done and the Meetinghouse reopens, you may hand checks to our treasurer or place them in the contributions box on the table in the lobby.  You will still be able to make out contributions to "Roanoke Friends Meeting" and mail them to Roanoke Friends Meeting, 505 Day Av., Roanoke VA 24016.  Checks should be marked "unrestricted donation".
