Simple melodies and simple words sung over and over can become extraordinarily powerful, especially when each chant emerges from and returns to deep silence. Enter into and become part of a sacred river of sound and silence, trusting that its current will take you where you need to go.

Chanting on Zoom is certainly not the same as chanting in person, but of the things we have tried, it gives the closest sound and feeling. We can't hold hands or make requests, but we can sing and "bask." 

Just this past week one chanter said, "Chanting via zoom is wonderful, with the friendly, relaxed tone set by Patsy and Tony. The recordings, which include people singing different harmonies, mimics singing with a group. It's a perfect environment to experiment with harmonizing! The silence between chants feels surprisingly deep, grounding and nourishing. Truly a blessing❣️"
