On 11/17 the Stillwater Quakers will meet for Adult Religious Education at 9:45 AM to discuss this four page excerpt from Emile Durkheim’s The Elementary Forms of Religious Life. The book is a sociological exploration of the religions of Aborigine religions as they existed before western influence, in order to discover the roots of religion. These four pages (really just a little over three pages, section IV) discusses Durkheim's conception of the soul from his studies.
