On line discussion of Pendle Hill pamphlet (#465), Dr. Howard D. Weaver, an African American Quaker Scholar-Activist,  which challenges conventional narratives.

Dr. Weaver (aka Hal) says "this pamphlet is not designed to outline to meetings specific steps for dealing with internal racism and white supremacy in Quaker institutions, but is instead focused on beginning the work of retrospective justice. In order to achieve justice for all, we must look at how our world is built upon systemic injustice, beginning with how our world has been intentionally divided by race."

All are welcome to participate in a group reading and discussion on topics drawn from the pamphlet.  Come at any time - you don't have to be at every discussion.  No end date, we may go through the pamphlet more than once.
