Business:

Approved: That Scott Henderson be asked to continue to serve as Treasurer of the Meeting.

Approved: That David Nguyen serve as the Recording Clerk of the Meeting

Approved: That Donald Swarthout serve as the Meeting’s representative to Palmetto Friends Gathering.

Approved: That Alan Johnson serve as the Meeting’s representative to SAYMA. 

Approved: That there be a Committee for Ministry and Nurture

And approved: That Betsy Forbush, Jennie Wakefield, and Jana Gordon serve as the members of that Committee.

Approved: That Kevin McMurtrey serve as Presiding Clerk of the Meeting. 

Approved: That Minutes of Meetings for Business be posted on the Meeting website.

Approved: That besides Alan Johnson, David Nguyen and Jana Gordon help in the maintenance of the web site.

Approved: That Friends ask Scott Henderson to seek permission from Furman University to recommence having a shared meal at the rise of meetings on the first First-day of the month.
