The Danish Quakers will be hosting 15 meditation Mondays starting September 4th and going until December 11th.
We will start with 15 minutes of introduction to the Quaker style of meditation where you are also free to ask questions. This will be followed by 30 minutes of unguided, silent meditation. We will then finish off with 15 minutes of reflection/conversation where you can grab a cookie, cup of coffee or tea.
Open to anyone: beginners, experts or anyone in between. It is free and will always be free, and you should never feel obligated to pay anything, but if you would like to contribute something, then know that all contributions will go strictly to help pay our rent/buy coffee, cookies and tea.
